Terms of Service

By accessing and using ReputationPivot's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These terms apply to all users of the service, including without limitation users who are browsers, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

ReputationPivot provides automated Google Reviews collection and reputation management services for businesses.

Our services include: automated review request systems, AI-powered response generation, review monitoring, competitor tracking, and performance analytics.

We facilitate the collection of authentic customer reviews through ethical and Google-compliant methods.

Service availability is subject to technical limitations and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

You must be 18 years or older to use this Service.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

One account per business location unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

You agree not to use the service to solicit fake or misleading reviews.

You will not incentivize reviews in violation of Google's policies or applicable laws.

You will not use the service to harass, spam, or send unsolicited communications beyond our platform's intended use.

You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any other systems or networks.

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.

Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for all applicable fees.

If payment fails, we may suspend your access to the Service until payment is successfully processed.

All fees are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for paying.

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Support is provided via email during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 AM-6 PM GMT).

Response times: Standard plan - within 24 hours, Enterprise plan - within 4 hours.

We reserve the right to refuse support for issues outside the scope of our service.

Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance when possible.

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws including GDPR.

You retain all rights to your business data. We claim no ownership over your content.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

You grant us a license to use your data solely for providing and improving our services.

Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 90 days unless retention is required by law.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ReputationPivot and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the HTML/CSS, JavaScript, or visual design elements without express written permission.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide may be used by us without any obligation to compensate you.

Your use of the Service does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the Service or content you access.

IN NO EVENT SHALL REPUTATIONPIVOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE SIX MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or reputation arising from your use of the Service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReputationPivot from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms.

This includes any claims related to the content of reviews collected through our service.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of your account and these Terms.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with 30 days written notice.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

All provisions which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

No refunds will be provided for partial months of service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.

Material changes will be notified via email at least 30 days before taking effect.

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

If you disagree with the changes, you may terminate your account before the changes take effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

You waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
